Application of Nitrogen Generator in Heat Treatment Industry

Heat treatment processing mainly includes bright quenching, bright annealing, bright tempering, continuous casting, continuous rolling, steel strip; aluminum strip, aluminum thin rolling and other protective heating to prevent oxidation and decarburization of products. The application of nitrogen generator in heat treatment processing has the following aspects:

1. Vacuum heat treatment: When nitrogen is used as the cooling medium for nitrogen-filled pressurized oil quenching, adjust the nitrogen pressure of the nitrogen generator to improve the hardenability of steel parts and protect the electric heating elements of the vacuum furnace;
