3.1. Pay-off stand:

3.2. Wire drawing unit

3.2.1. Drawing machine rack

Each drawing unit works as an independent rack, 1st-9th rollers slanting installation, Wire accumulation height of drawing blocks: about 300mm,The 9th rail is assembled with the guide roller

3.2.2. Drawing motor

3.2.3 Reducer gear box

Reducer gear boxvertical input; output vertically upward cone cylindrical gear transmission as hardened reducer to ensure the service life of 30,000 hours. Reducer noise is less than 85 db; Equipped with lubricating oil pump, filter and oil cutting-off protection. Reducer gear box lubricating oil applies L-CKD320(GB5903-1995).
 

3.2.4. Drawing block

 All the capstan material: Forging steel 42CrMo alloy steel, surface hardening, hardness ≥ HRC58, ensuring accumulated line height greater than 300, and the service life more than 3 yeas.The internal surface of all the Drawing Blocks has anticorrosive coating
 

3.2.5. Cooling fan

Fan: power 2.2KW, independent air cooling

German Turck non-contact sensor, roller applies GCr15
 

3.3. Dies box

3.3.1. Steel plate welded structure, drawing die size: Æ70´40mm; No water leakage ; All fixed moulds. All close-type mould cooling.

3.3.2. 1th and 9th dies box  are equipped with rotating dies, others are equipped with motors to stir the drawing powder

3.3.3. Dies box can be adjusted in the wire running direction up and down,left and right

3.3.4. Guide wheel assembled in front of the mold box (material GCr15, hardness ≥HRC60). NO. 2-8 can run wire-jump operation.

 

3.4. Straightener

Straightener roller: 7+7 vertically and horizontally for each shift.
 

3.5. Take-up machine

 Equiped with arrange-wire device, its performance could meet the supporting use of the whole machine, Take-up machine power: 1.5/55KW, 1500rpm/min, AC variable frequency , achieving functions of pneumatic lifting,tight force and push off. Line pressure not less than 0.4MPa.
